I've had a great experience with HOK's customer service. I purchased online the Chogan tomahawk and the parascale, along with stuff from clearance (pretty good deals). I value their patience and benevolence. Thank you for knowing what the right thing to do in a given situation. Not only do they look after themselves but they also care about their customers. It showed. Respect. *bow

Very knowledgeable staff, I knew what style of knife I wanted (10" chef knife) and the employee on shift was able to demonstrate the difference types and benefits of each brand/style of knife. Very pleased with the level of service!

I forgot to get the name of the lady who was working here but she had red hair and she was extremely kind and helpful. I asked her a lot of questions about sharpening my own knives and she gave very good advice and showed me the different products they sell for knife sharpening. She was very patient and easy to talk to. I would gladly come again if I needed knife or utensil related products.
