I am very happy that I found the puffer coat which was in the email I received, in store, in my size and the color that I wanted. (I was so disappointed with the Boxing day sale. I had money to spend and not much that interested me.) So, for me to find what I wanted made me one happy customer.

Can't say enough good about this store. The management and staff here is by far the best of the lower mainland stores. So friendly and helpful every single time I shop here :)

The only store where I buy my clothes! I'm a bigger woman and I am always so scared to go to other stores because their XL shirts usually aren't XL but Penningtons I can always rely on and the first size I pick is always the right size! So happy my grandma introduced me to this wonderful store. The ladies are absolutely the best, so kind and helpful!
