Best ever my favorite restaurant in Abby I get the same thing every single time I go and it's always good
The soup is tasty and it’s delivered quickly butttt the portions or so tiny . We paid the extra for the large bowls as I was picking them up for two hard working men and they were left still hungry . Most pho places offer much bigger portions then what we received today :( we paid 29$ and They will be running out to get more food , not worth it
The Pho was delicious however next time will do take out as server was not wearing a mask!
Good broth and decent amount of noodle and meat, just sometimes I can smell something off in the soup and definitely the shrimp pork salad from time to time. Cross contamination is what I guess. They just need to be more cleaner and probably the better pho in abbotsford.
The name says it all— Abbotsford’s #1
Amazing broth- couldn’t get enough- would’ve drank the whole bowl if my pants would’ve let me- you know I’m enjoying the pho when I pick up the whole bowl to my face.
Portions are great, would however say the rare beef slices are a bit on the smaller side.
Noodles were a perfect texture
Their pork chops are very nicely seasoned, it’s not overwhelmingly oriental or overpowering- layers of flavour
I like their spring rolls, they’re long and a bit thinner than most other places but I liked that because it makes it easier to eat.
Such fast service, everything you need is on the table.
The place fills up very quickly, we had five other tables come in while we were dining in and the owner(?) had everything under control.
One more thing I almost forgot- they use very fresh ingredients— unlike ALOT of pho restaurant that serve soggy sprouts and brown basil— only serve their freshest - not a spot on the basil, crisp bright sprouts, bright green limes.
I really like this place and am glad I’ve found a great place in Abbotsford.
