Snore MD Sleep Apnea Clinic Abbotsford

I have to admit that am not impressed with the name 'Snore MD' It sounds gimmicky but the service and professionalism impressed me totally. Thank you so much Nav. Snore MD is fortunate to have you.

I was diagnosed with sleep apnea recently so I started by phoning around to get an idea what was involved. After calling 2 Apnea clinics in Abbotsford that seemed to be more interested in my insurance coverage then helping me deal with a new challenge I called Snore MD in West Oaks mall and spoke to Rachel. I knew I'd found the right place from the moment I spoke to her as I felt comfortable and at ease knowing she was more concerned with helping me than anything else. I made an appointment and went in and met Tessa who was just as nice. Throughout the whole process they never mentioned anything about the cost(until I inquired)and took very good care of me.I met Av(the manager) and he covered everything in detail and sent me home with an Apnea machine. I struggled initially but he ensured me that I needed to keep at it and all would be okay. I stopped in often and Tessa or Rachel were always welcoming and helpful. They let me try different masks until I found the right fit and also took care of a noisy machine with no question.Well it's been a month now and I'm feeling so much better! If you have sleep apnea then this is the place to go. You will not regret it and you soon feel like part of their family. They continue to support you even after all is paid for and the" My Air" phone ap is excellent as it gives you a detailed report every morning so you see how you are progressing. Dealing with sleep apnea has been a lot easier thanks to everyone at Snore MD. Thanks Guys!!

Great people to deal with. Fantastic communication and service. Most, so called sleep clinic’s, feel like commission sales stores but this was a different experience.

Oh my.....What can I say, I'm 70 and have issues the Staff were really concerned, (I'm serious really) they listened to me and suggested a resolve, my Doctor asked me to hold off, because he expected further issues. Sure enough Pulmonary Fibrosis, so it's oxygen 24/7 for me is the remedy, cause it is life ending ...... I went into the Abby office and told them Dr. decided to pass on their creative offer, they were pleasant and didn't ask why or tried the hard sell...... I recommend their services to all needing a fresh breath of air..... Len
