When I came to Westland Insurance at 7 Oaks Mall in Abbotsford I was immediately greeted by a woman named Charm. Charm was patient, understanding, ridiculously nice, and thorough. I was unsure about the process surrounding insuring a vehicle, and Charm took the time to explain how it all worked, patiently answered all of my tedious questions, and made me feel confident that I was making the smartest and safest choice when it came to selecting insurance.
I have a learning disability, so it can be scary walking into a situation that I don’t understand. But that fear was eliminated thanks to the amazing customer service and genuine care and concern Charm showed me. She made me feel like a person, not just another customer to rush in and out. Thank you again so much for the wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Westland Insurance at 7 Oaks Mall.

Staff were very kind and understanding as I was babbling about how little I know about insurance! Location is a little weird, but it is very quiet in that corner of the mall, which is nice. Definitely recommend for any youth who are unsure about what their insurance covers, why they're paying as much as they are, etc, as staff are intelligent and willing to help!
