Dr B was absolutely thorough, kind and professional when dealing with our sick bunny. She was so very gentle in discussing palliative options in front of the kids, didn't rush our time despite her busy schedule. Her assistant was fabulous as well, so great with the kids and again thorough and professional. Absolutely recommend this clinic if you want to be confident your pets are getting the care they need.

I can't say enough good things about this clinic. Thank you for properly diagnosing my pup after 3 other vets from an emergency vet hospital in Abbotsford misdiagnosed her and cost me a small fortune. After 1/2 hour at Coastal Rivers, we were happily on our way home and my dog was fine. The best vet clinic I've ever been to by far. Thank you so much! :)

From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out, it was an amazing experience! First off they were the only vet hospital in Abbotsford open on a holiday, offer separate waiting rooms so your pet isn't stressed out by other animals, play classical music in the exam room, and genuinely care about your pet, not the money.

Dr. Eric Lawrence and vet assistant, Michelle, really cared about our cat when we brought her in and it was the most thorough exam I've seen to ensure our cat wasn't seriously ill. Thank you for making a scary situation much better - We will definitely be coming back!

I can’t say enough good about Coastal! Cinder had TPLO surgery today. From the consult a few weeks ago to the communication & actual surgery today everything is top notch & by far the best surgical experience I’ve had for a dog. Dr. Taylor spent so much time with me going over everything & giving me 100% of his time & expertise. The vet tech Susan at intake, fantastic, the front end staff at the desk, fantastic. The cleanliness & professionalism is above & beyond. Thank you all so much! Cinder is my heart & you took wonderful care of her 🐾❤️🐾
UPDATE! Cinder has had her 8 week X-rays & her final 12 week exam. She’s perfect! Again, I can’t say enough positive things about Coastal! Do not look anywhere else, your pupper is in excellent hands here. ❤️🐾❤️
