I've gone in here a number of times for various things about my laptop. They give accurate information and don't try to upsell you like other guys will. They will tell you up front whether it's worth it to fix it too. They also do their repairs in-house so you aren't waiting for weeks on end to get your computer/phone back.

Brought my phone to replace the screen protector and case and get the ports cleaned. Mike instead of selling me a phone case that I didn't really love went out of his way to clean my old phone case up so that I could keep it. Great, friendly and quick service.

Honest and friendly! Got my phone cleaned and a new seal put in. This was the best service I've ever had with a phone repair company. 10/10 would recommend.

He is a kind and friendly person, he fix my order right away before I leave the store and he didn't charge me for it, as well as I bought a car charger from him which was great quality much better then regular Samsung charger. He showed me a great costumer service. I highly recommend this repair shop.

Got my battery replaced for my mac book pro, Mike was beyond helpful with it. Had it ordered, and then I went back in a couple of days later to have it replaced. He even helped me out a ton with my calculator and my headphones! Really recommend Crackerz, thank you Mike!
