(February 4, 2021, 11:09 pm)I have been very happy with the care my brother has received from your caretivers. I feel they have made a huge difference in improving the quality of his life as he was in a sad state after his wife passed last March 13 and I had to go back to my home in Alberta and leave him in your care. His main caregiver , Liz, and the others have been patient and kind and he calls them his "ladies" and he misses them when they are not there. They have done a good job keeping him comfortable and well fed. He does have a son in Chilliwack who was also traumatized by his mom's passing and who is now doing more for his dad.
I have been impressed with Erin Tangco. She has been a person who I have put my trust into and she has not disappointed. She has addressed all concerns we have run across these last months and handled them promptly and effectively. I don't know how my brother would have gotten along without the help of Hero Home Care. You are my Heros.
