(October 17, 2019, 7:30 pm)I called Jerry to see if he could program my hearing aids for me he called back and made me an appointment.Jerry went out of his way to find the software for them being older technology after some follow up appointments they worked great.Also is very good at the teachings of hearing aids.Would recommend this to anyone entering into the world of hearing aids.I now decided to purchase a new set.Thanks for all your help Jerry
