Very nice, new, modern, building. Great on-site management, move ins are abit crazy as each tenant is allotted a two hour window which is very hard to accomplish without going over. Also each building only has one elevator so when a new tenant moves in and has the elevator locked off it means no other tenant can use the elevator to get there groceries upstairs, this is really bad for people who live on the higher floors 4, 5 , ect . A second elevator would definitely be a huge improvement , but as long as new move ins can keep there elevator time to there 2 hour window it is bareable. Other issue is garbage cans are outside the building on the entrance ramp to the parkade which is quite far from the building meaning you must lug your garbage completely across the parkade and up the entrance/ exit parkade ramp and than outside in the rain, snow ect, to throw your garbage in the can , would be way better if garbage bins were in the parkade close to elevators so it wouldn't be a long trek to dump your garbage. Besides that seems to be a good building with good management. Pricey but I guess thats what you get with a brand new building.

Friendly, accommodating, and helpful staff, beautiful brand new buildings, and they are being kept very clean during covid restrictions. Positive experience so far!
