Shane at Reliable Parts was very polite and suggested that my element was probably fine and the problem was somethig else. He told me how to test it and he was absolutely right, because the element was fine. It's nice to see a knowledgable person who was interested that I get the right part and not spend my money and waste my time on something I didn't need. Thanks Shane!

(February 23, 2018, 11:09 pm)Needed an element for my stove. They had the part in stock and it was a better price than anything I could find online.
Two days later I broke a shelf in my fridge. Same story - part was in stock and price was better than online.
Service was courteous and professional. Will definitely recommend.
