  The staff are in the Ball even though we bring our cat with us they have never messed up an order ????

  Sometimes you walk into a Tim Horton's and end up waiting quite a while for your order. Here, I my experience, this is not the case. The staff is very friendly and I received my order very quickly! It's a great location and I'm nothing but impressed with the service. I do indeed recommend this place for your Canadian fix of goodness

  It's a good Timmies, or at least as close to "good" as you get in the lower mainland.
  
  It's always busy so they frequently don't have a lot of stock (which can be frustrating, to say the least), but that is what it is. The staff are still friendly and generally competent, and the location is great for me. I've never had a botched order and I've never had anything to complain about here, so that's definitely something praise-worthy.
  
  I go here weekly, and I'm only disappointed when I have a hankering for something specific and they don't have any.
  
  Boo Hoo for me and my first-world problems.
