We are building a house and ordered our appliances well in advance of being needed. Patrick was awesome in his multiple follow up calls to see how our build was progressing. Such great customer service. Highly recommend asking for Patrick!!!! Appliances arrived with no issues whatsoever. Would definitely use Trail Appliances.

Amazing experience! Very nice showroom. Our sales guy Patrick L was very knowledgeable and had great advice when we entered the showroom with a list for a house and suite. Patrick put together a very good qoute with competitive pricing, no parts and accessories that are required for the appliances missing on the quote, and sent it off to us in a timely manner. Customers service was 5 star! Highly recommend!

Bought a new freezer from Trail. Turned out to have a door seal issue. Trail and their team were very helpful, very responsive, and continually followed up with me until I had a replacement. Extremely pleased with their service.

First time shopping at Trail! Their show room is very nice, ALL of the Staff were so kind and very helpful! I kinda knew what laundry centre I was looking for Michael H. was very informative of their products and possibly lead times. Michael H. helped complete the transaction and was able to see they had our selection in stock and would be eligible for delivery later this week. Friday we had our new unit installed and old machines hauled away! The Delivery team was very polite and made a hard job look easy. We live in a townhouse and they had to hoof it up two levels! Definitely will be a returning customer!
