My recent interaction with VSSL customer service was out of this world. It’s the kind of personalized and generous customer service I thought had long past. I love the VSSL products for top quality and that they are built here in Canada. The compass housing on one of my units developed a small crack and air was getting into the fluid. I wrote to VSSL with an intention of buying another end cap. Darren contacted quickly and put a new one in the mail for me, as a warrantee replacement. I couldn’t be happier. I think I’ll go out and buy another unit. This company stands behind their products. Great to see in a time when this kind of thing is so rare. Thank you!

Just arrived! Quality is clearly evident from the moment I opened the box. Precision machining, solid feel, lightweight, great design, and ultimately a fantastic tool that does exactly what it was created for! Another winner from VSSL!

I found this company as a result of an Instagram ad. I ordered a build-your-own as a surprise gift for my husband. We had been talking about how we really needed an emergency kit in our backpack. I am really impressed with the innovation, flexibility, quality, and customer service. I would highly recommend this company and their product.

If I could give this company more than 5 stars I would. I have recently moved and really struggled getting this package delivered to my new place - for unknown reasons, twice it was shipped back to BC. Thanks to the great service from VSSL, they called me both times and still made sure to get my package to me in time for the trip we're using it for. I really appreciate how much time they took to make sure I got my package and even expedited it for me. I would recommend this company to anyone, not only because of their impressive products, but because of they're incredible customer service as well.
