A bin was dropped off at our facility and the dates of drop and pickup of the bin were unclear. I spoke to Marcus Taylor, our new account manager, for the first time. I told him of the issue and he gave me the solution. He promised to look into the matter and addressed it immediately. I respect the professional way in which he handled himself, while maintaining my trust that he would come through on his end.
