We went on black Friday and it was a zoo, but well worth it for a great deal on a few phones.
You MUST ask for Beau when you get there, no exceptions, you won't be disappointed, he really knows his stuff and got me on an upgrade that worked well with my phone plan. Very knowledgeable with all the devices and takes the time to help. I've done a ton of phone upgrades in my day, never quite had a great experience like this.

The people know their stuff, and are very personable. Beau and Dale have been there probably the longest. Great guys. But, honestly, only good experiences with any of the people working there. You sometimes have the option of receiving Costco gift cards as part of the cell phone "package", depending on what route you take. The Costco cards can end up being rather significant amount, depending on what phone and provider you choose (our last was $300 per phone, with a killer deal on the phone itself). If you love Costco, it's a win win. Also, great warranty if you find yourself needing to use it. My family has done our last 3 contacts through them, and will likely continue with them. No one, who carries the same providers, has beat their offers in our experience, and we've shopped around for deals each and every time our contracts have run out. I highly recommend this place! Highly!
5 stars for a wireless company?? Don't see that often. Reason? The guys who work here are great at and seem to really love their job. I laughed the entire time. It was faster than normal or at least felt that way. They were very informative and found me the best deal possible. I've had a lot of cell phone contacts done and it's a grueling and painful process. Not the case here. Best deals. Best staff. Hands down. Way to go. Give them a raise!!
One of the best places to buy a phone! Staff is friendly, service is amazing, can't beat the deals and the their exclusive warranty is the best I've seen so far. Highly Recommend!
