I initially asked for a quote online in the evening and Jeff got back to me the next day. He was prompt with his replies and open about his availability. I had an old faucet that was leaking so much! Jeff took the time to lay out several options for me at different price points. He also went out took pictures of potential replacement faucets and texted them to me. He was very patient in explaining to me the impacts of the different choices, which I'm really grateful for. The day he arrived here was masked up, and finished up in about an hour. He was very kind when I wasn't able to turn off the water main all the way and helped me with that. Overall it was a very positive experience and I'm really pleased with my new faucet!
