(March 18, 2016, 6:12 pm)The first time I had my hair cut by Bernard was in 1993 when his shop was on Clearbrook. Since then I attended Nicolette's shop on King and McCallum, Bernard's when it was on South Fraser Way, and then Nicolette's on Anora Drive. That is 23 years that I have been having my hair cut by the same family. Obviously I am very happy with the experience otherwise I wouldn't be going back. I have never EVER had the impression that I was being ripped off or "pushed" product or services I didn't want. Quite the opposite, they have been very accommodating. On one occasion my debit card wasn't working and Bernard just let me come back to pay him later. Highly recommended.
