Big thanks to Yuri for saving our family from having to live without a fridge during the heatwave, came out quickly and got the fridge back up and running in no time.

We had a Samsung dryer that kept crapping out on us (I know...typical, right?) so we got booked with Nick, he was there the next day, and boom! our dryer is back to life! Absolutely thrilled with how quick and affordable the whole job was. Thanks a bunch!

I gave the guys a call when our dryer went down, not expecting to get a same-day appointment, but the response time was awesome. Nick came over to our home to do a diagnostic check, he was honest & up front about what needed to happen, he was professional and efficient, and literally exhausted all avenues trying to get our dryer up & running. We ended up having to replace the dryer but it was only after Nick tried everything he could for us, including phoning the supplier directly and trying to get answers. I would definitely call these guys again if we run into any other appliance problems.

Technician was Nickita Nemickin. He was prompt, friendly, professional and efficient. All questions were answered and provided some suggestions for appliance maintenance. Very good experience and would definitely recommend.
