I have not finished my 2 week trial yet, but I must say the customer service by this staff is excellent. They are informed and professional.

The team at Sleep Well is amazing to deal with. My father has been diagnosed with a severe case of sleep apnea and we reached out to Sleep Well based on the recommendation of a friend. Not only was it easy to make an appointment, they really took the time to educate my father and I about the severity of sleep apnea and how negatively impactful it can be. From there we moved forward with getting my father the appropriate equipment, and based on the fact that my father's work is mobile we were able to get him equipment that is easy for him to pack and take with him so he can use it on a daily basis. Thank You to the Sleep Well team for helping out our family and getting my dad the right equipment that fits his lifestyle. Excellent care and follow up. I highly recommend Sleep Well. Very patient and flexible when dealing with 3rd party payors (insurance). I went through 3 cpap masks till we found the right one for me and they were very understanding. Cant say enough good stuff about my experience with them.
