  100% perfect. Platinum correctly diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts, came back in a few days and completely fixed my dryer. Fair price and our repair man Ed was a delight. Anyone on the North shore or West Van with an appliance problem, try Platinum first!

  Had a problem with our beloved Maytag dryer that was original to the house from 1979. My mom had picked out the washer & dryer when she built the house, and we've been dreading the day when something went wrong with either appliance, knowing that it was highly unlikely that parts could be found.
  
  A couple of weeks ago it finally happened:The dryer stopped, but the heat didn't. When Norman came a couple of days later, he confirmed what we suspected: After 39 years the Maytag dryer had reached the end of the road. No more parts to be found.
  
  No point in shooting the messenger. Norman was a great tech. He had it diagnosed in less than 10 minutes. He was professional. He took care of our floors, and worked in the cramped space of the laundry room without a scratch to a door, cabinet, or door frame. He even took the time to provide me with some info on which makes & models are decent--I knew I would never see anything close to the longevity that this old set had.
  
  Thank you Platinum, and thank you Norman. I know who I will call in the future should I need appliance repair, and who I will recommend to my friends when they ask. You guys are pros all the way.

  I met John, the repairman for some fixing and he works fast, EXTREMELY knowledgeable, I had my appliance break down with another repairman only to have it break down all over again 3 months later. Not only are they prompt, efficient, the girls at the front test picking up the phone are kind, friendly, this is quite possibly the best repair service I have ever experienced in the lower mainland. They give you honest opinion, very professional service, could not ask for anything more!

  Keith came to our home and replaced our stove top, he took the time to explain how the elements worked, and how to get the most out of our range. This is the second time that we have used Platinum Appliance Service and they have always been quick, reliable, friendly and helpful. We will use them always now.

  I requested a service call for my 20+ yr old Jenn-Air stove (oven door locked after self-cleaning cycle - wouldn't respond to resetting) Edwardo arrived promptly on time. Diagnosed and repaired my stove, offered helpful advice for future use, was neat, tidy, protected wood floors, and quickly repaired what looked to be a fairly complicated job. And, he swept and vacuumed the immediate area afterwards. Reasonable price. PERFECT! I will contact Platinum for future appliance repairs.
