(June 1, 2019, 7:34 pm)I hired BMS Transport to handle a delivery from Delta,BC. I had order a few things and the pallets were sitting in a warehouse. When the truck driver arrived to pick up the goods he gave me a call to advise me about what he had noticed. The packing of the goods wasn't favorable for flatbed transportation. The driver was extremely kind and fully explained the situation to me and even provided me with multiple options. I appreciate the advice because the last thing I wanted was for my goods to be damaged on the trip to my home. Both the driver and Sunny were understanding and kind. The level of customer service I received was hard to believe, they went above and beyond. If I could give a higher rating I would.
I highly recommend this transport company.
