(June 8, 2022, 1:00 am)This is a well built hoist. Instructions were not really very helpful but YouTube was my friend. I had to figure a few thing out on my own but when I called the rep he was very helpful and got right back with the answers I needed. Very happy with it.

Sales rep on the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful and helped me to choose the right lift at a reasonable price.
