I had the chance to speak with Chantal L., customer service at BE Power Equipment. A real jewel, this woman has a passion for customer service. These days, this service is more or less gone. Many of us should follow Chantal's example. Unfortunately, the few people who remain, like her, are too often left in the shadows. However, they make all the difference within a company. Notice to the boss, take care of this jewel!!!!!

I purchased a BE power equipment pressure washer at the local Home Depot. It is an excellent piece of equipment. After 4 hours of use, the machine developed an issue, but after speaking to the extremely helpful Quinn at BE, he had me back up and running in no time. Big thanks to Quinn and the BE Team for their excellent customer service, and the excellent machine they produced.
Sent a simple inquiry online about what oil I should use for my 3500 BE generator.
Quinn sent me an awesome reply explaining what type I should use and even sent a direct link on where to buy the oil. Really good customer service and fast reply too! :)
i Purchased a BE Surface Washer from a local retailer, and when i finally got a chance to using it 3 months later, i noticed the washer bar wouldn't spin.
Tried several pressure washer with higher GPM and pressure, but no go. The retailer was of no help, where i purchased the unit.
i then contacted the service desk at BE, where Quinn was able to provide possible solutions. I brought the unit down to their location, where Quinn & Colin were able to resolve the issues in less than 10mins.

It's really hard to find warranty service anywhere without a lot of hassle, a lot of "press 1 to contact sales, press to 2..." - you get the idea. I live in a small town where driving and hour or more to find any service is necessary.
Took a chance with a Google search to find BE, sent a grainy picture of what I needed and Sheila from their warranty department responded within the hour. And the accessory was sent immediately without further hassle.
This experience is unique enough to mention. Having an expensive machine down for any period is real bother, but the exceptional response from one person made my day. Thanks again, Sheila!
