I went to Emco seeking a replacement cartridge for a tub faucet. It was an American Standard, and I found out that they don't carry American Standard parts. You'd think that my trip would have been a failure: on the contrary! Even though they didn't have my part and in fact didn't even deal with that brand, they looked online for me until they found a suitable part, then printed it out the product webpage from the rival vendor, and set me on my way, far ahead of where I'd been when I walked in. Now that's pretty amazing service.

Staff were friendly and really helpful finding the pipe fittings I needed.

This is a warehouse that supplies home building materials and parts to retailers and contractors. They already know what they want. Therefore, rather than individuals walking along shelf isles to browse stuff, you have to ask the helpful service desk folks to being out stuff and they will guide you through the best versus worst for your project

I wanted to give my most heartfelt thank you to Terry. My mother and I came in to the store today looking for help. We had purchased a BBQ from home depot along with a gas conversion kit. How ever the connector that came with it does not fit the normal size outdoor gas lines. Do you think the good fellows at homedepot would have the power to help? No way. We went to Emco. Not only did they save the day with a wonderful solution it was inexpensive. Thank you Emco. I'll be a customer for life.
