The customer service is phenomenal and they’re willing to show you every rug in the store with a smile on their face. If you’re looking for rugs to furnish your home, I would definitely encourage you to visit their showroom. You can find the exact rugs that are in boutique stores on Granville street and online for much cheaper without compromising on quality!

Haled was so friendly and helpful when we were looking for rugs for our new place. Truly wonderful person! The rugs themselves are such high quality and luxurious. We had been looking at places like Homesense and Wayfair, but nothing compares to the quality here. If that wasn’t enough, the prices beat everything we’ve seen elsewhere, especially considering the quality. They also offered such a variety in colours and patterns, so it’s perfect for different styles and tastes. I’ll definitely be coming back here for any rugs I need in the future.

I felt very comfortable in the cosy but sophisticated store and the friendly advice and service provided by the Afghani sales woman was outstanding! I drove a long way to get there because it seemed to have an interesting selection, good prices, and more than just neutral colours. The carpets were displayed in a way that was really easy to see and compare. With photos of my living room on my phone, and lots of hemming and hawing, and excellent guidance from the sales woman, I made a choice that really enhances my room and furniture. Glad I don't need to take advantage of their 24 hr return policy!
