My wife an I were lucky enough to have purchased pre construction in Walnut Ridge 3. With the high end finishes we did not have the expense of upgrades. It was refreshing to walk in to a show suite and not be told that the unit we loved was full of upgrades, it was in fact the price in the brochure. We were able to pick our cabinetry & flooring colour as well as our granite.......All for the list price. During the construction of our condo, we spent many weekends “stalking” our building. The staff in the show suite were always so welcoming. The glass solarium was the main reason we looked at these condos. It is additional square footage to our home. We use it 9-10 months of the year.

We took possession in June 2014 & love our condo and the amazing community. We would definitely recommend Quadra Homes with confidence.
