We had a preliminary meeting with William Lee, the owner, and were extremely impressed with his level of knowledge and his attention to detail. After that one meeting we knew this company would be the right fit for us.
If you are looking for a cheap solution, this isn't the company for you. On the otherhand, if you are looking for a company that provides a tailored solution to your heating or cooling problems, this IS the company for you.

They were fantastic to deal with and kept is informed during every step of the process. They suggested an Electrician for our panel upgrade and Project Managed that process for us, including taking care of invoicing and payments.

They also informed us of all the applicable rebate programs, so we could apply for them.

In my opinion, Luxury Climate is a One-Stop-Shop and embodies the expression: You tried the rest, now try the Best.

Very satisfied. Excellent service. Had system design and installation of new cold-climate air-source heat pump/cooling system. Business is always responsive. They listen and take time to educate their client. They provide all the information the client can absorb, and point out the pros and cons of different options.

It is rare to find a company as attentive as Luxury Climate was to our heating needs. Their service was excellent & kept us well informed of each step in the replacement of our old furnace with a new one and heat pump. Luxury Climate installed a mini split AC and heat pump system in my 3rd floor condo. From the initial visit, providing a quote, to installation and cleanup, they were very professional and attentive. I felt comfortable that they could and did comply with the restrictions of a condo installation. The system works quietly and effectively. I no longer have to wrestle with a noisy, intrusive portable air conditioner blocking the use of windows and doors. In our changing climate, a smoky environment and higher seasonal temperatures are becoming the norm. A good quality and efficient air conditioning system is a necessity for comfort and safety.
