Bell

I've been a Bell customer for over 10 years. One of the reasons is superior customer service. I was due for a phone upgrade and stopped in to find out more. I was greeted with a smile and treated with the utmost professionalism. There were minor issues with my old plan and moving me to a new one but the rep just dealt with it instead of creating a bunch of hassle for me. I was in and out with a new phone in less than 30 minutes. I also bought a mobile wifi router and I'm totally blown away by the speed and quality of this product. The rep suggested I upgrade to the better model and I'm glad we did. I've had similar experiences at every Bell store I've visited.

Professional and Sharp! Over the past week I've called them a couple different times to ask about their phone availability and options. Every time they were very helpful and found out the information I needed. Today I went in to set up the logistics of adding another device to my account. They were very fast, efficient and able to help me put together a bundle that best suited my needs. Very knowledgeable, eager to help, and demonstrating a great example of teamwork, they were a breath of fresh air to interact with! Thank you so much!

Had a great experience in store yesterday. I'm from another province and Atticus still helped me to upgrade and keep my exact same plan. He went above and beyond for helping to transfer over all my information, even when it seemed hopeless he figured out one last thing to try and it worked out great! Thanks so much!
