From Hell to Paradise with Bryan Bell

A year ago I was sitting in depressing hospitals and care homes in England fighting a legal battle for inheritance money and desperate to return to Canada and buy my own home, but trapped by a neurological condition that kept me in a wheelchair. A journalist by trade I decided to get the ball rolling and start the search for a realtor to help me find my dream home. I found a realtor called Russell Mills who was British like me who started to send me mls listings, but then he went away on vacation and passed me over to his colleague Bryan Bell. I originally thought that this was a temporary arrangement for 3 weeks but Bryan became my permanent realtor. He sent me regular mls listings and answered all my questions promptly & thoroughly. When I was finally able to return to Canada Bryan took me on a tour of the area, assisting me by lifting me and my wheelchair in & out of his car. He showed me numerous properties over several weekends, and was extremely patient and never pushy. At one point I was a bit upset because I felt I'd missed out on buying a property that sold just before I came back to Canada, but Bryan assured me that the perfect property for me was still out there. His patience paid off for both of us and I ended up buying a gorgeous $600,000 rancher with a stunning mountain view in a beautifully landscaped 19+ adult gated community in Chilliwack that looks like something out of a movie set, fairytale or dream and is the perfect place for me to heal. Not only that but my house has the prime location with the best view and no other houses in front of me so total privacy. It is also exactly what my (deceased) father, whose money paid for it, wanted for me in terms of a safe roof over my head. Bryan made it really easy for me too by enabling me to sign all the documents digitally with e-signature as I can't use my right hand to write or sign. He seriously took me from Hell to Paradise. He is a really great guy: caring and patient with excellent communication skills and a wonderful sense of humour, I can't recommend him highly enough and I will definitely be using him again in the future.
