They went above and beyond what I expected for my service. She got me in asap and the price couldn't be beat! I will definitely be going back and recommending to others.

Roxanne has been so great with bathing and clipping my dog Loki’s nails. His first time to her shop was before she was even fully open and I think we’ve been there at least 4 times already. Loki isn’t great with other dogs and I worry about bringing him to groomers but she’s always made sure to book him alone which gives me a huge piece of mind. Thank you Roxanne

We are new to Chilliwack and it's been really difficult finding new providers for our 3 pets. So far, Roxanne has done a 10/10 job with grooming our cat and sheltie. I love picking up my pets and leaving all their hair with Roxanne

Roxanne is so professional and caring! She always does such an amazing job grooming my large Pyrenees cross dog. Her shop is clean and bright, and my dog loves it there.
