    I worked with Tony Penner in the engineering department on a job that I had no clue how to get done, Tony seemed a bit frustrated with me at times but always managed to stay collected and professional as I needed to bring services to a lot line and needed to tear up a main road in the city during peak season.

    Fantastic People, and a positive experience overall. The reception was first class, Building Department clerks were knowledgeable and quickly determined the quickest path forward. The engineering inspector was extremely professional and explained the next steps thoroughly. Thank you for your help!
