So I looked this place up and read all the great reviews about a guy named Gord, so I figured I'd go to this shop and see what they are all about. Well turns out that Gord sold the place and the end of 2017 and there is a new owner named Matt and his employee Kelly. Let me say this first, I'm not mechanically inclined whatsoever and on a strict budget(getting married in a few months) so I decided to read my manual and remove my carburetor myself and bring it in to see if they could help me. I have to say I've never been treated so well, Kelly helped me diagnose some issues i was having with my carbs just at the counter and got the parts ordered same day. He also gave me some tips on how and what to clean my carbs with. These guys are the real deal!

THIS IS NOT A PAID NOR A FAKE REVIEW ITS THE REAL MCCOY.In my life only a few businesses stand out-one was my own families,we owned a dodge dealership in 1968 in vegreville alberta and small town knowing everyone WE HAD TO BE HONEST ...and in HOPE the general motors dealer is TOP NOTCH honest as the day is long...AND NOW GORD AT CHILLIWACK MOTORCYCLES....I stumbled across GORD many years ago as i had issues with my suzuki c50 and the other dealers were quoting me OUT OF THIS WORLD PRICES to fix it...GORD was great and nice from minute 1 and basically quoted me 1/2 the price of others...I was skeptical at first but HE IS THE REAL DEAL...of course ALL BUSINESSES COULD GET TOGETHER AND SCREW ALL CUSTOMERS...GORD wont..and Im happy about that. These days WHEN NOBODY KNOWS YOUR NAME OR GIVES a DAM, walk into chilliwack motorcycles AND MOST LIKELY GORD GREETS YOU BY NAME...I cant say enough good things about him, hes 9 feet tall(ok maybe 7 ft) and always pleasant, charges MUCH less than everyone else(when he doesnt have to) and always has time to talk even hes doing 5 things at once and answering phones.JUST go see for yourself, because you dont know me and i could be fake, but im not.I rode a suzuki c50t to argentina and back, and you can see me on youtube ,,,search GRAND HOTEL GUAYAQUIL 2008....youll see the bike I had which gord fixed and you will see im real...and so is gord.I get it the bikes he sells may not be your brand BUT HIS SERVICE IS...DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE...matter of fact in 3 hours im going to service my new bike at gords again..i dont even bother going anywhere else...THIS IS A TRUE REVIEW NOT PAID NOT COERCED,AND thank you for reading. If i could give him 10 stars I would .

Good, honest shop that won't oversell you, won't charge "book time" for jobs that take a fraction of the time, and has a better understanding of the quirky world of Moto Guzzi than any other shop I've dealt with. I live in Vancouver and will drive the bike to Chilliwack for any and every service it ever needs.

I want to take a moment to publicly praise Gord Hill at Chilliwack Motorcycles.. My online search revealed that in the Pacific Northwest, there are two exceptional Moto Guzzi service locations, one in Seattle, and Chilliwack Motorcycles (formerly known as Valley Moto). As you can imagine, neither is particularly convenient for a Vancouver Guzzi owner. Not only did Gord offer to have me ride my bike to his location on Monday, when his shop is closed, and then drive me back as far as the furthest eastern Skytrain station, and then after days of power outages and computer crashes caused by severe weather, trailer my Guzzi back to my house, he also saved me possibly a couple of thousand dollars when he found a complete stress crack all the way around my exhaust as it joined my muffler, and had it (brilliantly) welded. The welder also polished my headers and pipes to near-new finish. Gord also remapped my EMS, took out my California-spec plumbing, did my 20,000 km service, and now my bike feels brand new and actually ferocious! Thanks Gord. This is a good man who has my trust!
