Eden Intermediate Care Home

I’ve been working at Eden for a month now, the work is hard but the staff and upper management are great! We make sure everything is clean and that the folks are happy/healthy. Great place! I recommend Eden.

Family is very much included in process. Everything explained in clear, compassionate way. Every concern was addressed in a cheery, timely manner. Pemesis clean and all staff seemed conscientious. Peace of mind for family.

Would like to see more staff time per patient and less restraint and bed time per day.

Jan 2019 : Some time has passed and I feel much more positive about the care my sister is receiving.
She is no longer in bed when we go to visit and seems more alert and happier than she was before.
She is awake during the day when we visit and seems happy. There seems to be more control of the interactions of other patients and she is less stressed.

I worked at Eden for 3 years, the Owners and upper management team care about the residents and staff, very professional. I really enjoyed my time there and still keep in touch with the staff and managers. Staff are very caring and have been there for years. The building is older, but the housekeeping staff do a good job, and have what they need to get the job done.
