where do i start ,,, well lets go back to the Rv show in Abbotsford couple weeks ago , met Josh in the mens room lol no no nothing like that ! anyways he turned out to be the finance person for O"Conner i find out later but first we met Ray , we asked him a few questions on a particular model and he showed us a few things and was very helpful and new his stuff and very nice to talk to , took us to see Josh in the tent and bing bang boom he had set us up with a great deal we could not refuse lol , we had the best expierience i thought, there was no pressure no fast talking and i found them to be very Honest and the trailer sold itself . Josh got us in a week early to pick up our new girl lets call her Betty Blue lol and he set us up with Lorne and he did are walk around well this Gentlemen was Tops ! he went through the whole trailer and set up our Hitch and he did this with honesty and Humour and helped make our buying exp even better then he took us shopping for the must haves lol .Over all it was by far the best exp I had in buying something big and yes i would do it again !! 100 stars if i could , thanks guys

I showed up a few minutes before closing with my automatic RV step stuck in the "out" position (while driving down the highway of course). The service advisor and a technician spent a few minutes and while they could not fix the problem immediately they were able to lock the step in the "in" position so I could safely drive off. Thanks again for the great service.

Bryan, JP, Jacob and Christina were so great! We love our camper and are so pleased with the quality of service. They went above and beyond for us. We will be back when we upgrade!

O'Connor RV has been a good place for us to buy an RV in the past and now that we are searching again, Tammi was very helpful and indulged our request to sit in a number of motorhomes to gather info on driver's seats and floorplans.

I was in Chilliwack visiting a friend one day and we decided to go look at RVs as my friend purchased one from O' Connor, and he knew I was looking to get out of the situation I was in from a financial institution, with a Motorhome I purchased from a Okanagan RV company,

We started walking around, looking around, eventually Wally Levy came out as he seen my friend who purchased from him before, So he showed me some 5th wheel units and then came across this one, it was a second hand unit, We looked around it ,,,inside outside, Wally was very good at not pressuring me to buy or sell me something I did not want or need, , So my friend and I after looking at other units and we came back to this one, and we sat it in it and discussed it, I felt really comfortable sitting in it, So I decided to get it,,,

I explained to Wally my situation, and he said that they might be able to help me with my situation, but no promises, ,,, So he referred me to Peter Banman one of their finance guys, and I went in and talked to him about my situation, so he decided to take it on and try and help,,well help he did, he got me out of my situation with the motorhome, and the finance company from Quebec, and got me into the RV of my choice, No company from the Okangan could help me or really tried to help me, I truly do not know how he did it, but he got me the terms I wanted and finance institute, I wanted to deal with, I still shake my head on how he did it as I do not know, but between Wally and Peter, they were very helpful and on top of it gave me and my friend Gift Certificates for x amount on gift cards, they were incredibly helpful and as I am from the Okanagan they are storing my 5th wheel at the lot till end of March ,

I am looking forward to getting it set up and to live and camp in it, it fits all my needs.
