Talked with Jarin from the Chilliwack branch and he was more than helpful, extremely polite and friendly. Exactly the kind of person you hope to get on the phone of any business. We weren't spending a lot of money here, but I felt I was treated the same way as if I was. Fantastic first impression.

I have been coming here for years and the customer service has been very good since the first time I shopped here. They have all the parts I need neatly organized and easy to find. The staff are very well trained to figure out exactly what you need when describing the project at hand. The prices are a bit higher then other vendors but it has been well worth all the trouble and time I have saved going here. This company has been a huge help making my company succeed!

There is this one guy names Jeff working at front counter, man he makes my life so much easier! Always smiling, always going beyond the extra mile to find me what I'm looking for (and he is successful!) Big recommendation! (btw. he has a small beard!)

As a home owner I was taken care of 1st class. Nice to deal with a company that's built on values and who's staff is competent & happy to help. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

I come to Southern Irrigation as a commercial customer as well as for home projects.
Prices are reasonably fair.
When it's your turn, they give you full attention and make sure you get everything you're looking for.
Usually have to wait a short bit while staff help other customers. That's to be expected as they are making sure the customer is being taken care of.
-Coffee for waiting customers would be nice.
-waiting customers don't know where to lineup. Queue line might help out.
