Great with communication, I left a message on their site on the wknd and was not expecting a reply until Monday, but within 24hrs a had a response, estimate and appointment set up! They were professional and courteous. I would contact them again!

They were awesome! Sam, the operator, is so awesome!!!! I was moving and I found out that my tenancy agreement requested a flea inspection and I had two days left to move and Sam was able to get me an appointment in the nick of time! And matthew was great as well. It didn't take long and we got the report the same day!

I had small ants downstairs. The Bug Man sprayed the whole interior and exterior. I also liked that they put two bait traps outside the house wall. The receptionist was nice and communicated well. The service technician also answered all my questions and concerns. Very happy with their service.

Last year we had a huge carpenter ant problem, for which we had the Bugman come out multiple times until our problem was solved. We really appreciated the offer sent to us in advance of the "ant season" to get a discount on a preventative spray to help ensure we do not have a repeat of 2022. It has given me peace of mind that we have been proactive, but also, that if something does happen, we are able to have them back for a couple more applications. Thorough and professional service, we would highly recommend The Bugman.

I have used the Bugman's service in the past for the extermination of ants and this time they did an attic spray and look around for stink bugs. Without hesitation I would recommend using their service - I've already recommended them to friends since their last service. Polite, quick and knowledgeable.
