Was I in the store around 4 pm on Saturday Mar 31/19.Holly had been there all by herself for the whole day. There were two customers ahead of me that Holly was taking care of at the time. It seemed there was something complicated with both clients. From what I gathered that was the way Holly's whole day went. I observed this talented young woman deal with these two customers plus myself and she never missed a beat, never lost her smile or good humor dealt with everything that was thrown at her with efficiency. She is so professional and knowledgeable, an asset to your company. It was the end of her (must have been very long) day and she was still energetic and bright, even took the time to show me how to pair my new phone to my car. Thank you Holly you are amazing!
