From the time I first called for a quote to having my couch cleaned I was very happy with my experience. I immediately knew I wanted to give this company my business. The customer service was exceptional, the quality of work was so great. We bought a used couch that had quite an odour sticking with it, they were able to get the odour out and it feels so clean. I am very happy with my experience and will be using Valley Fresh for all my future services regarding carpets and couches cleaning etc. I was also very happy with David’s knowledge when it came to him explaining the cleaning processes to me. Dave was very accommodating with organizing a time to come to the house, wasn't sure exactly when we would get the keys. He took extra time drying the carpets so they could be walked on in a few hours. Great price and very professional! I will be using him again when I can.

We had just moved into a house and our new house and had David come to clean carpets on the stairwells and all upstairs bedrooms ! He used a quick drying clean and the carpets were completely dry in a couple hours after he was done, so we were able to move everything back into the rooms quickly !! The fresh scent he used was amazing and not harsh like others I’ve smelt ! He also was able to clean a huge coffee spill stain out of our mattress to the point I wouldn’t even know it was there to begin with ! Very happy with the job and would highly recommend David and valley fresh carpet cleaning to anyone considering having their carpets , or upholstery cleaned !
