Very happy with the first house clean we received. They were very professional, fast and thorough.

Edited to add: After several months of receiving cleaning, there were a few things that occurred that I was not happy with and decided to discontinue cleaning services with them. The first was that since I was simply receiving a monthly cleaning, although I had a monthly scheduled date, my monthly date was simply bumped to a different day and time. I wasn’t asked if the new time and date worked, I just received an email stating the new date. When I inquired regarding this, they apologized and suggested that perhaps they weren’t the right fit. As a parent with young kids who nap, simply changing the time whenever works best for the company, often doesn’t work for young families.

My final cleaning was not up to standard, and when I politely commented that one of the toilet bowls hadn’t been cleaned, as well as main surface areas not dusted, there were no apologies but that they simply weren’t the right fit.

They seemed extremely professional at first but their communication was very subpar. I’ve since found an amazing cleaner at half their price.

We’ve had the pleasure of Brittany cleaning our house. She is truly awesome and the job she does is fantastic. I would definitely recommend her and LHS

They had their work cut out for them and boy did they ever exceed our expectations!!! The office never had a proper post-construction clean so it was not pretty in some corners but it is now. Thank you so much! We will see you all again very soon!

We recently switched to LHS for our weekly office cleaning and I could not be happier. WOW, what a difference from previous cleaning companies. The extra attention to details and to deep cleaning is above and beyond. There is regular follow up to ask for feedback and even suggestions for us that will help us keep up in between. I cannot say enough good things about the company. The best company I have hired in 30 years! Totally recommend.
