Big Box Outlet Store - Chilliwack

Recently purchased a new armchair and Brianna was super helpful. Great customer service and the chair is beautiful!

I had received an email march 22, from big box outlet, saying I had a five dollar discount and it was good for five days.

I went to the store on the 27th and the cashier told me that my coupon had expired. So obviously you include the day you send it, which I will know better in the future.

The cashier was so understanding that she took five dollars off anyway. It was very much appreciated.

The Chilliwack store is clean and organized so it’s easy to find what you’re looking for. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Brianna one of the staff members on a few occasions, she’s always been a great help! I would definitely recommend checking out this location 👍

Been going to this store, chilliwack location for a few months now. I always find treasures for great prices. The staff is friendly, and I have gotten to know the supervisor Brianna, always a welcoming smile on her face and goes above and beyond. 5 stars from me

This store in general is great but the chilliwack location specifically is incredible! We bought a fridge with them a few months ago which ended up needing a repair. As soon as we contacted them they had their contractors out to take a look/replace the part within a week!
