(March 20, 2019, 5:42 pm)I have been in Chilliwack for 3 yrs and stumbled upon Hub Insurance because of their great location. Its easy to get in and out from their parking lot. No malls or tripping around to find the front door.
They have been very pleasant and proffesional everytime i have been there! At no time was there a lengthy wait, while the adequetly staffed office were always cogniscent of my time.
This last visit i had the pleasure of being served by Michelle. She bent over backwards to get my needs filled. She checked to see when my discount goes up and printed off a sheet showing the 2 steps and dates to get my 43 percent back. Top marks for her friendly and VERY HELPFUL MANNER!
Make sure that they keep this lady..
