Jen is by far the best RMT I've had treatments with! Not only is she highly experienced, she is a skillful practitioner who will discuss your concerns with you in detail, and also help you with longer term pain/tension management. I have recommended Jen to countless friends, who have all raved about their treatments and became returning clients. Her warmth and kindness also makes the time fly by quickly. Jen truly has a gift in helping others. You won't be disappointed!

Awesome RMT. Massage was relaxing. Works wonder. Jennifer even show me the different type of exercises after the massage. Highly recommended.

I was recommended to Jen by a close friend. The massage studio is adorable and Jen is so patient, sweet, professional and personable! She is very knowledgeable about techniques on how to alleviate pain and treat the knots in my shoulders and lower back without causing discomfort. She also gave me good advice about my daily lifestyle to help with my back issues. Jen is very light-hearted person and very helpful and caring - you won't feel pressured (well, you will in the good way!) or stressed in her session.

The best part about Jen is her mindfulness; because I am fairly a beginner with massages, she was super gentle and kind with me, asking me a lot of questions to make sure I was comfortable and her techniques were not too deep. It put me at ease knowing she was checking in with me.

I have a desk job (as most of us do unless we are lucky enough to eat lavender lemon donuts and take photos all damn day) ...so she mainly focused on areas that are subject to pain while typing and sitting. I can honestly say my neck, back, shoulders and have been feeling so much better after seeing Jen.

I can't wait to return - this might be a regular Sunday routine on Granville, I know my muscles will oblige!

Jen is an amazing person and even better RMT! Good energy, professional, knowledgeable and personable. I've had massages before, but wow, now I know what a real massage is! With several years of experience, she truly cares for your well being and gives useful advice on how to improve your posture. She was able to quickly locate and treat my knots and totally balanced out things that were misaligned. She loosened things up that were tight and took away all my aches with deep pressure, but at a level I felt I could relax into. She gave me different stretches and exercises to do which have been helpful. I would recommend Jennifer to anyone, every dime is worth it. After I left her session, I felt well cared for, relaxed and rejuvenated.
