Great specialty meats selections. If they don't have it in stock, they can order it in! A little pricey, but good service and better meats!

Can't say enough good things about this place! Best locally sourced, natural meats! We love going there and the staff is excellent and super friendly! Bill the owner has a wealth of knowledge as well! Highly recommend!

Treat yourself and your guests to something special. I've tried their tenderloin, halibut, rolled flank steak, farmer sausage and bacon ends so far. I also picked up some sauerkraut and truffle oil from their specialty goods. All were excellent. The staff have made great suggestions.
