(May 17, 2021, 3:33 am)Joe played his bagpipes for my Mom’s 80th Birthday in 2020, and was the highlight of the Birthday parade. He plays beautifully, is polite and professional, and clearly enjoys sharing the bagpipes with everyone. I highly recommend him!
