I took an introductory class and it was amazing. In two hours I got to walk away with my very own project. I received one on one instruction and was able to do everything myself (with no previous forging experience). The experience was rewarding because you get the satisfaction of making something yourself, learning a new skill and the hammering is pretty cathartic if you have had a long week. Highly recommend!
My brother wanted a straight center punch for Christmas. Found their website and texted them if they could make one. They got back to me quickly. Went in later that day, described to them what I was looking for and also asked more about their shop and services. Answered all my questions and explained everything well. Friendly vibe and reasonable pricing. Few days later picked up the punch, was told how he made it and the material it was made of. My brother was happy with his gift.
Ordered a custom chef's knife for my wife for Christmas from them. It was something a bit tricky that they haven't done before. When they sent me pics of the finished product I asked them to tweak it a bit. In the end my wife didn't like a couple things about it. They offered to change it, or return it for a refund. We ended up bringing it back for a refund. Even though we decided to return it, they were helpful all along the way and had no issues letting us return the knife eventhough it was custom made.
Fantastic experience, great and patient people. Explained the process and extremely helpful and friendly. Would completely recommend forging here.
These guys are awesome! Beautiful location, very easy to understand instruction and just have fun to build something. (The 5 of us built an axe)
Would highly recommend!
