Fresh sushi and well plated. Really enjoyed the special of the week Mango roll as well as the salmon roll.

After scouring the menus at 4 different restaurants, looking for potential veggie options in Harrison Hot Springs, WonsHouse was a sight for sore eyes.

Their front windows featured a variety of their options and when I saw Spicy Tofu Stew, my reaction was, “Okay, there’s tofu. That’s a start.”

Although we didn’t order the stew, our food was delivered promptly, and it was quite tasty!

We ordered the Veggie Bibimbap without the egg (vegan option), which was pretty much your standard sushi roll. Everything was fresh, the ingredients weren’t overflowing from the roll and it was a solid portion for 6.95. Edamame was awesome and portion size, again, was more than enough for two to share.

We split the Tofu Teriyaki, and my only qualm was the lack of sauce and it was just below that nice warm temperature. Not cold, but it could’ve been sitting for a bit. The veggies were fresh, the tofu was delicious and it was another great sharing option.

Overall, it has a very eclectic vibe, it’s tucked into the corner of a little plaza, and for a place that's only been there for a month, we were pretty impressed with our lunch!

There were other veggie/vegan options and they were very accommodating and more than happy to offer substitutions.
