(January 25, 2024, 5:32 am)Terrible shop. Matt lied about the time he spent working on our car, stated he had no idea how to repair it, yet refused to return it to us.
Kept it for two additional days before allowing us to pick it up. It was repaired, and he claimed to have waived the Labour as a courtesy. Based on the amount of the bill, I questioned whether the Labour was actually removed while paying the full bill. Matt tried to grab me, tried to hit me.
A very volatile personality. Filed a police report with the RCMP to protect future customers in case someone ends up actually getting in a fight with him.
A very dirty and deceptive business. Steer clear.
