During our most resent snow storm my son had problems with furnace, a strong smell coming from the furnace. So bad that they had to shut it down because of it causing headaches and the fear of carbon monoxide poisoning. Phoned one company said they would come when the roads where good. 5 days later without heat, they never phoned or showed up. Others over the phone diagnosed cracked heat exchanger, hense a new furnace. Phoned Kent plumbing and heating, came over the next morning and installed a blower motor. $400.00 Later running great and heat in there home, and a young couple thats starting out in life together a couple thousand bucks left in their bank account. Great Job Tim Lake.
