One of the builders Davin Ray, with Pacific Peak homes is a very knowledgeable, kind, realistic person to talk to! 5 minutes from the lake! Great community, well built homes!

In my humble opinion, GateHouse Developments Inc. is the builder that offers the most for the right price. Their service is second to none and they build a high quality product.
